My methods

Trauma Informed therapy

Trauma can leave an echo in the nervous system that leads to issues with addiction, attachment and emotional dysregulation. In trauma informed therapy, I use the lens of the body/brain connection to understand and help change the present by leaving the past in the past.

Narrative therapy

The stories we tell ourselves have the power to effect how we perceive ourselves and the world around us for good or for bad. In Narrative therapy, we examine our own narratives about ourselves and others.

Strengths Based

Using a client based approach, I work with each individual to harness their strengths to work towards wholeness and healing.

Faith Based therapy

Using a faith based approach to life's circumstances, I journey with those who invite this perspective into their realities by helping them wrestle with their pain through the lens of truth and grace.

Liminal Space
